This tutorial was written for those
that have a working knowledge of PSP.

Supplies Needed:
PSP 9 (any version will work)
Xenofex 2 Filter
I used 2 frames from Vix Rock Princess Kit here
(It is in her freebies part =) TY Vix <3 ya chick!)
Tube of choice
I used artwork by Rachael Huntington

File new canvas 600 by 600, transparent.

Open the supplies in psp and choose a tube.

Open Vix_RockPrincess_Frame3 and paste on to your canvas.

Image - Resize by 90% Bicubic, all layers unchecked.

Copy and paste your tube on to the canvas. Place were you like it =)

Click back on to the Frame Layer. Select your magic wand and click inside the frame.
Selections - Modify - Expand by 3

Select 2 colours from your tube, 1 in foreground colour, 1 in background. Click the foreground colour palette, choose gradient, Foreground-Background with the following settings:

Layers - New Raster Layer
Flood fill inside your frame.

Keep selected. Effects - Plugins - Xenofex 2 - Constellation:

Effects - Plugins - Xenofex 2 - Lightening, I used the pre set of Straight From Above and moved the curser to the right. Then repeated but moved the curser to the other side.

Selections - Select None. Make sure to pull our background layer below the frame.
Click on to the frame layer, use the magic wand tool and click outside the frame, select the bg layer again and hit delete. This will get rid of the glow of lightening outside the frame.

Click back on to the frame layer

Copy and paste Vix_RockPrincess_Frame1 on to your canvas, resize by 90% and change the blend mode to Soft Light.

Drop it below the main Frame layer.

Add drop shadow of V+H = 2, Opacity = 100, Blur = 5 to the tube and main frame layer.

Close of your tube layer
Click on to the frame layer and merge visible
Layers - Duplicate, select the top merged frame layer

Keep selected. Effects - Plugins - Xenofex 2 - Rip Open with the Small Ragged Rips pre set
Add the same drop shadow as before.

Add your copyright.

I added Rachels' name in Anarchistic Font, Size 150 wit the same gradient fill as before.
I added some more of the Xenofex 2 constellation, play with settings :) Then a drop shadow!
To finish I put a lightening bolt across the tag!

Can't wait to see the different tags people come up with.
You can use any frames, plug-in settings and shapes!
